Im having a similar issue , I dont have the content partners section anywhere in MyBT - I had the email 2 weeks ago advising "Your broadband package has Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 12 months included at no extra cost. You can start using it straight away. "
I have already paid the first bill so Im not sure what the reason is that I dont have access to it yet?
