parental controls not working

Hi,

I am struggling with the set up and it seems from other posts i need BT assistance. i have young children in the house and am worried about the free access currently available.

Hi @jonathan19, sorry you're having trouble using the Parental Controls. 

Firstly check that you are using BT's DNS settings: How to check your DNS settings | BT Help
