xbox ultimate offer, no content partner section in my products

Hi, I received 6 months free game pass ultimate for xbox, but when I go in to 'my products' on my desktop, there is no "content partner" section?

Can anyone help?

there are numerous posts about xbox offer have you tried search facility as probably find solution there

do you have more that 1 BT account as that will cause problems

I have looked through the other posts but not found a solution.  I have two accounts showing but don't know how to delete the old one?

you can't and probably need mod help.  I have asked mods for help and they will post here

Thanks so much, really appreciate your help! I was on a call to BT and the service centre fire alarm went off just as I was explaining what the issue is! Hope they are all okay 🙂
