Hi all
I have received a replacement BT TV Pro box today, to replace a failed unit.
On my BT App (iPhone/iPad) I un-paired the old unit and went to pair the new one,
First screen says "Turn on TV and BT TV Box" - done
Click Next
"TV Box Pro Found" message - tap Next to pair
Click Next
On both the iPad and iPhone versions of the App I get
"Sorry - there's a problem
Please try again, if it still doesn't work, please re-pair your device to your TV box (AY180)"
I have found a few tips - soft restart the TV Box, reinstall the app on the phone/pad, I've used wired to TV box, and also on the WiFi network, but always get the error.
Anyone faced this and resolved it?
Very handy for setting recordings when we're out/running late etc.

Thanks @NeilO I restarted my Router and then my TV box and it's now sorted
