BT tv box pro

I am unable to watch AMC on my BT tv box pro even though I have the Big Entertainment package.  It tells me I need faster broadband but I have BT Halo 3 and my current upload speed is 150mb.  Please help.

Hi @RC8, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.

Sorry you're not able to view the AMC channel.
Have you just set up BT TV?
If you already had BT TV could you watch the AMC channel prior to today?
Check other internet provided channels and see if they are working ok for you.

Hi John. This is the first BT TV box I have had, received it on Friday and set it up. The other internet provided channels do not work either.

Is the box connected to the hub via Ethernet cable or are you using a wireless connection?

Hi @RC8, would you be able to test with an Ethernet cable? It would help to rule out or identify the wireless signal as the issue.

Hi John. My son suggested that and I did connect with the Ethernet cable supplied but unfortunately it did not make any difference. I have now reconnected with wifi.

Hi @RC8, cheers for that. When you connected via Ethernet you would need to have Factory Reset the box to check if the channels worked.

If you didn't reset the box please would you connect the Ethernet cable and then reset the box and let me know how you get on.

Hi John. Sorry, still no luck. I have reconnected the Ethernet cable, reset the tv box and also my hub.
