As of this week I can no longer get the SKY content via NOW on my TV Guide - channels not accessible. But I can watch via the NOW app. Have updated box. Any ideas?

Resolve or Back.
Resolve drops into a greyed out BTTV screen, blank except Press BACK to return in bottom left corner.
