I returned from holiday yesterday and my box won't turn on, I've tried unplugged it and rebooting it but no joy. I can't even get it in maintenence mode?
I've reported it just wondering if anyone has had the same problem?

this isn’t a known issue, call BT Tech Team to run some checks on the box or see if they can send a Home Tech Expert Engineer out to have a look or replace it.
unfortunately if it’s not turning on then sounds like it’s faulty.

Sorry you're having problems with the Pro-Box. I would agree with @FIZZYLP . It sounds like the box has developed a fault. You can get in touch with the tech guys at Contact BT | Call us or chat online | BT Help.

Thanks, it's now been fixed, turns out the box is fine but the power cable was kaput
