Hi @blissett - please can you try and play one of the TNT Sports HD recordings that are failing and giving the IPC6041 error message.
When you get the IPC6041 error message on screen there should be a button named "help" or "resolve".
If you select this button it should fix the issue for you and you shouldn't see the issue again.
Please can you try this and let me know.
