@BillyM @DarrenDev I updated my box just now and I now have the Discovery Plus app on by BT TV Pro.

@Franco11 I've taken a look at your account, and you haven't quite followed the activation journey correctly.
When you tried to activate on the discovery+ web site, it offered you 2 choices - sign up (if you don't have an account already) or sign in (if you do). Our records showed that you took the sign up journey, but then used an existing account - this has left your account stuck.
Please log into www.bt.com/mybt again where you should still see a tile there to activate discovery+. When you're taken to the discovery+ site by the activation process, please use the option to sign in with your existing account. Your subscription will then be applied to that account, and should work straight away.
@Franco11 you've already created a discovery+ login, so please:
Go to www.bt.com/mybt and log in with your BT ID
Click the "activate discovery+" tile
Select the option to sign in with an existing account - sign in with the discovery+ login you've already created.
Complete the activation.
If you see any errors, please take a screenshot and email it to tv.apps@bt.com
If you need to reset your discovery+ password, please visit https://auth.discoveryplus.com/gb/reset-password?flow=resetPassword and enter your email address. It'll send you a link to reset the password, which will then prompt you to set a new password - it doesn't ask for your existing password.

You've just sent me a screenshot showing that you've entered an incorrect email address or password @Franco11
So use the option on that screen to reset your password, and then try again.
Important note: your password for discovery+ doesn't have to be the same as your password for MyBT - the accounts aren't connected. When you reset your discovery+ password, it won't affect your BT password.
