IPC6007, again….

Go to solution

Been away on holiday, left everything on. Returned and once again certain channels are no longer available. Have done the obvious - checked for software/app upgrades/box software version, switched off box, reset router, switched box on, left over night etc etc. starting to get really peeved with BT, for over £100 a month I expect better.

Wife has lots of recordings, so a factory reset is not really an option, and lets be honest- should not be necessary.

Hi @Chippers, sorry that you're BT TV box isn't working.

It is possible to do a reset without wiping recordings. Check out How do I reset my BT TV box? | BT Help
and see if that helps and your recordings kept.

Cheers
