Ipc6023

Hi I'm getting Ipc6023  code on my s reen I've tried everything resetting box... using Etherley cable and wireless and I'm getting no TV all apps are working just no TV channels

Need help pleads got no channels  just apps I've reset box  I've tried ethernet and wireless and still nothing my main box works just not my multi room box

No still the same I've also reset it again to factory settings and nothing the main TV box is full working just the little extra multi room box has totally gone off

If you're on FTTP, try switching off the ONT (the white box that the hub connects to) for 30 seconds or so.

Are you using a BT hub or a 3rd party one? The Eero hub for example doesn't use Multicast which is what IPC6023 refers to

Hi les 

The box was working since I've had it. It all just went off yesterday and can't get any channels apart from apps

Try swapping the two boxes over, see if the fault moves with the box or stays with the location

Swapped boxes... still the same it's the mini box that's not working

Assuming that you are in contract, ring 0800 800 150 and report it as faulty, BT will replace it free of charge
