Hi I recently moved house and my youview box was working as before although I was using previous residents connection, it is now enabled under my account but at some point I have lost the Sky sports channels, I can still access these via Now.
I have reset the box but no change. I had something similar when I first got the box and somebody on here helped and reset something I believe on the backend somehow, can anyone help please!

Sorry to barge in on someone else's issue but I have the same problem. Moved house on Friday and I have lost all my Now TV subscription channels. Please could you tell me how it was solved?

As of last night I had no subscription channels. I'll check again when I get home from work. Maybe it took a few hours to go through.

What is the solution for this, there doesn't appear to be anything obvious. I am asking on behalf of my Mother in law who has just moved and switched to fttp. We have done factory resets, retuned many times but still don't see her subscription channels in the YouView guide? What do we have to do to resolve this?

Lost access to the channels or missing from the EPG? If the latter does she have the old T1000 box?
