Followed another post thst had same issue as me, no Now tv channels in the tv guide. It was sorted by a remote refresh as there was an order stuck in background. This is me as when I login to my BT it says they need to finish my order. My order was completed yesterday. Plus can take up the Britbox offer for same reason.
Anyone help please?
