We’ve recently renewed our broadband and tv contracts and have now lost access to channels 433 & 465 with exactly the same error codes as the OP. We had been able to receive both of these channels for the entirety of our previous contract, and our line speed is the same as before renewal, and faster if anything. I would appreciate it if @DanielS or one of the other mods could look into this and hopefully resolve it in the same way as was possible for the OP please.

I've moved your post so we can offer some help. Sorry you're having problems with the error code(s). Can you give us more infomation on your set up? How is the box connected? Are you using extenders etc? Have there been any recent orders on the account? Give us as much detail as possible.

Hi @DavidM thanks for picking this up so quickly.
Our broadband and tv were originally renewed separately on 20th and 15th of this month respectively. The order was then realigned to bring the dates together. Our set up has not changed in any way since renewal. The box is connected with BT mini connectors and all other channels are being received perfectly, in the same way as they were for the previous 2 year contract. There are no outstanding orders on the account at the moment.

@NeilO No worries. It’s a First World problem, but it’s annoying to have happened on the very day that the tv contract was renewed.
