scrolling for these threads in relation to BtP-15990 (missing Bt Sport on BT TV) as I have had the same issue since joining Bt on 21/01/22.
multiple factory resets, other streaming services are fine and BT sport works fine on my phone via mobile app, just not on the TV. Channel 408 is missing for example and it says I have 0 subscription channels. Even had a home visit and replacement hardware but no change.
is a moderator able to check my account in the same way as inferred above in the previous posts please?
