How can I change the NOW TV account linked to my BT account?

Hi @scobby17, thanks for your post. 
Are you able to access the Now channels ok at the moment?
Have you just added Now to your BT package recently?

yes but need to sign out and then sign in again with the new id and password

have sign out of the old nowtv account and sign back in.

Can access nowtv ok

Have had the now package for long time tended to change the level of the package depending on what was on.
