Was your Box Peo replaced since and was the power cable also replaced or are you still using the original one ?
Does the problem occur during normal viewing of Netflix content or when you are actively using the remote ?
Yes this is a new box .only happens on netflix while I'm watching something very annoying I would just switch to a fire stick but the Mrs likes recording

It should do this automatically, but can you please check to make sure your TV Box is fully up to date?
Is it only Netflix you're noticing this crashing whilst using too, or is it other apps as well?

Hi @Tomjeffrey20 that issue sounds like an underlying UI crash and restart during Netflix playout.
If you don't see that splash screen when using any other of the apps, it's likely either the app or content is having some issues talking to the TV, potentially pointing to some interoperability issue.
Can you let me know the TV make and model, if you are using the supplied HDMI cable if and any other connected devices on other HDMI ports?
I'll also drop you a PM to get the serial number of the box to get some checks done here.
