I subscribed to VIP 8 days ago, finally started working yesterday after a couple of chases, and now I’ve lost the Cricket again. Not a very good experience so far. 
Beginning to wish I never changed my package 🤣

Yep 🤣

Seriously the service is awful, constant re-boots of router to get internet channels working, screen lag when watching sports (snooker is hilariously bad), series recording has a mind of it’s own and the interface and usability is just so clunky. Oh and then there are the mid-contract price hikes, now paying 30% more than when I started the contract due to 2 inflation + price rises.

I hated Sky but their package is so much better AND you pay the same price for the duration of your contract.

First time I've had issues as well.

It was Now TV that the issue was with, not BT

The clunky software is down to the YouView platform.

Once they stop concentrating on their own stuff this month and start focusing on supporting BT and TalkTalk, hopefully that improves.

Also no one is sure what EE have up their sleeve for BT TV once the merger is completed, so it could be interesting times.
