BT EMAIL

We recently changed from BT broadband to EE broadband on BTs ADVICE!  So today my bt email account is not working with Microsoft 365 Outlook. I read somewhere that you can only have a BT email account if you have BT broadband is this correct?  I thought BT and EE were the same so shouldn’t have thought it would affect email addresses. Thank you

Hi @Allsop73,  if you've moved from BT to EE you should still have the same access you to @btinternet email address. Check out:  What happens to my BT Email and BT Cloud if I move... - BT Community
If you are still unable to access your emails get in touch with the Email Team by calling or using the 'Message now' option on this page: Fix email | BT Help
On the Message now option choose - Existing customer - Technical support - Broadband for the technical help.
