BT Mail new format

Since the change to the new format, trying to do anything after dealing with a few emails the system hangs and I have to close the program then go back in which is extremely infuriating and time consuming.  Is there a fix for this or is BT likely at any time in the near future to fix it?

There are other threads about the email "upgrade" which I'm sure you will find by looking through the email board of the forum.

Re: BT Mail new format

I'm sorry but none of the threads solve my problem. I have been using BT's email since email first introduced which was obviously many years aga and have their original email address. I have never in all this time had so much trouble with any of their updates or even in fact when they split from yahoo. Unless the issur is resolved soon I think I will be changing email provider which is a pain after so many years

Re: BT Mail new format

You don't need to change email provider, simply change the way you access it. Use a free mail client such as Thunderbird or EmClient rather than webmail.

The problems are not with the service, just the awful user interface of webmail.
