I was led to believe that on changing to another internet provider my BT email would continue as a basic service. However BT have deleted the email account. I have followed the steps to reactivate this , but so far has failed , unable to get specific help on this from BT.

Thanks for the reply, only trying to access via browser - I did note that this couldn't be access via outlook etc.
