I have received two e-mails about how BT have updated their system for suspicious behavior and saying that if i don't verify my account by clicking on the link to a secure page on their website, my account will be blocked. this sounds like a scam but is it?

Hi @Andi5 and welcome.
Thanks for posting. It's more than likely a scam. Does it look anything like Solved: Got this email today - is it a Scam??? - BT Community.

Hi
I've also received two e-mails saying that the account has been reset and to click on a verify button. They appear to come from two different e-mail addresses and do not have the usual BT header and footer detail.
Thanks, thats what I thought but just wanted to check
Is this also a scam:
