Emails will not scroll down and links in emails don’t work

Is anyone having problems with the BT email app not letting you scroll down an email. Also none of the links work in emails.

I use the app on 2 x iPad Pro devices and both have the same problem, my iPhone works fine.

it’s very frustrating only being able to se the bit of the email on the screen and not being able to scroll down to read the full email.

I have no idea why anybody would use the BT mail app, it is hopeless.

Only switched to BT email app recently as other email apps wouldn’t verify my email acct when abroad and the BT one did.
This has only just started happening, was fine for the first couple of months and only a problem on IPads.

Yep, I also have this problem with the BT Email App not scrolling properly.  I use an iPad Pro.  Works fine on my phone, but not the iPad. 

Come on BT, sort your App out please !

This is happening on both our iPads too.  Have you managed to sort it yet as notice this post is a few weeks old.

@Strudders23  In the meantime, I suggest you dump the awful BT mail app and use a proper app.
