I cannot send any emails from my or my husband's email accounts. Error 553. This has happened before periodically, however this has been four days and counting. We don't have VPN. I've tried everything and workwise, its really stuffing me up. Any ideas?

Sorry you're having problems with your email. The 553 error message usually indicates a problem with the content. Can you try sending a test empty email and check if that goes through ok?

Hi @Emthomas03 I'm sorry to see you're getting an error when sending attachments. Does this also happen if you log in to webmail at www.bt.com/email
