Hi @Nick_P_Barrett Do you have a VPN and is this happening to all emails you're sending?
Thanks
Neil

Can you please tell the email team to find the route cause of this issue - not just one report at a time. This is a common theme in these forums, yet they seem to treat this reported error as it's new every time - rather than properly investigating.
Received a call and have been advised that the spam algorithm has been adjusted to stop this happening again.
Error appears to have cleared, thank you.
Hey @Nick_P_Barrett
Many thanks for posting back to let us know the problem has been solved 🙂
Take care.
