Have you been able to login to your email yet? I'm not able to access my emails on the BT app but can through the website. Hopefully this is just a technical issue that is being sorted out?

I am also having similar issues with the app. Looks like a BT wide problem.
My BT email app on all my android devices no longer recognises my login details. I know they are correct as I can log in to email accounts through the website without difficulty. I have reinstalled the app, changed the passwords but no luck. This only started last night. Is there currently a fault with the app.
