Are you a BT Business Customer?
Either way, its a scam email, so delete it.
You can see by hovering over the link, to see it goes to a phishing address.

Thanks for sharing this. As @Keith_Beddoe has stated it's a scam email and you should delete it. Please do not respond to it.

Hi Keith,
No I'm not a BT Business customer. I also don't have a cloud phone. I have been receiving these for some while now. I have forwarded the messages off to the scams division but of course you get no reply. So thank you for your input.
