bt email not functioning properly

Can anyone say when Bt email will be working correctly again? This morning I thought I had lost a SENT email which I had transferred to a special folder. Eventually I found it in DRAFTS together with a lot of other recent emails that had got there. I am getting all manner of problems. Sometimes emails won’t send because there is supposedly a URL in the email (when there are no such things). Paragraph spacing gets deleted when emails are sent and this makes me look bad to the recipients. These are just examples. Have we got schoolchildren working on the system? Wouldn’t it have been better to work on a non-live copy of the system  to make sure it is working properly before inflicting such widespread changes on to users?

Me too.  Can't they do anything right?  The webmail has been clunky ever since this 'upgrade' business started and now its completely inaccessible.

I'm sorry about the problems you're experiencing accessing your BT email. We are aware of this and working on a solution.

In the meantime, you can still access your email by using the BT email app or email clients.

Not working for me yet. I'm getting to the log-in page but am now getting the following message:

Same problem with me

Can't login to mail today with varying reasons from "incorrect password" to "too many requests"

Nice new log in page though  😊
