I have been trying to log into my bt e mail and keep receiving the message

The error code is
btmCode=bmx_2008
I have been having problem with the service for sometime but this is the first it will not let me log in at all
Same here, different browsers on laptop and desktop computers.

I'm also getting the same error and not able to log into emails or MyBT.

Hopefully with so many having the problem BT will pull their finger out and get it sorted.....

Also, unable to access "My BT".

Advised:
They are experiencing "Technical Difficulties" no mention of expected time to fix.
Try using Outlook or an email client ??
They are trying to answer calls (with a real person) in 30 minutes - gave up.
Dissapointing is one of the polite words that comes to mind! 😞
I'm in the same boat with error code bmx_2xxx and I don't know if this helps, but I've just managed to speak to a chap on the helpdesk. He explained that there is a major outage and that hopefully, email will be up and running again in a couple of hours (@17.00 hours).
I just got back in to my email, via bt.com. (at 15:09)
Let's hope it remains available whilst I sort the 47 emails that have built up.
Got in as well thanks for the replys good to know I am not alone
I can now get into my email and MyBT on my desktop but the mobile app still won't let me log into MyBT.
Still I suppose something is better than nothing!
