Welcome to the club! This is my 9th day with no emails. Customer service is non existant. I was told 24-48 hours to remove the 2 step authentication flag which is preventing access. Then I was told 7-10 days. REALLY??? This is the 3rd time it's happened in 3 months.BT Doesn't give a SCHITT
