Thanks, I know, its just the way we are configured - being a small business. We are using our private email address accounts for both private and business. Its convenient and efficient for us, albeit, we do also have an official business account with BT for other aspects.
This started for me yesterday and all day today. I have had to explain to the landlord and letting agent that I cannot access my emails. All the paperwork is done through email and DocuSign, so much for technology eh? Snail Mail might be quicker! Tomorrow is another day and hopefully fixed
