Yes just been online to technical help chat. This is a recognised problem to be fixed within 24 hours!
I'm not familiar with outlook but I seem to remember in earlier versions of it you could turn automatic sync on or off for each account.
Failing that you could try one of the free clients such as Thunderbird
SSL certificate on BT's webmail are blocked by Chrome, Chromium and Firefox.
Mail access on the mobile app is fine - so I suppose it has to do with the the webmail - web pages rather than with the email system itself - which is positive news.
Problems started around mid-day EST today.
Now I can't even get into my emails at all. I changed my password and everything thinking that might have helped. My dad said his is OK and he's on the same server. Is there something wrong with BT or is it my laptop
