We are experiencing issues with the service

Can anyone help please it’s driving me insane!

I'm simply trying to send an email on my laptop and keep getting the same message meaning I can’t save the email or send it!

’we are experiencing issues with the service, please try again later, This has been going on for weeks on and off!

I’m also having problems on my  iPhone , sometimes emails will send but sometimes they don’t! All it says is your email can’t be sent!!

I did report the problem with emails on my iPhone some time ago and was told there is an issue with the bt app on  iPhone but haven’t heard anything else!

yes, mine now working but seem to have lost at least 6 emails !!!

Won't send even using phone network which is EE....
