Emails

Emails have stopped working on my mobile but only on my BT account. My GMail account continues as normal. On my desk top computer I can but receive and send emails on my BT account as I can with my tablet. It is only my wifes and my mobiles that are now behaving like this. Help please.

Thanks to all for the advice.  Bizarrely though it cured itself on my phone with me doing nothing and then a few days later the problem again solved itself on my wifes phone. Technology is beyond me (I have trouble using light switches) and am baffled why/ how this happened. Thanks anyway.
