1471 not working since I went FTTP

1471 not working since I went FTTP , I get a tone then an announcement "sorry your call cannot be connected at this time"

when moved to FTTP were you also moved to digital voice as 1571 comes free with DV and you may have to turn it off if not required

I asked BT to disable 1571 because I didn't want an answerphone interfering with my call diverts

Been a while but when I worked as an Installer doing FTTP and Digital Voice the 1471 Facility didn’t work on VOiP.

This was a few years ago though, I assumed they would’ve added the service now. 

Or probably not.

My landline service was migrated to DV today , 1471 works albeit  the AVR was  something like ‘there is no number available’ but there hasn’t been an incoming call since migration so that’s unsurprising
