Hi so my hubby tells me I have blocked his number - how it happened no idea, but I have been trying for last 2 hours to fathom it out.
Tryed below but when I click manage button it takes me to page suggesting I wish to change call package, and now it is saying error on page.
So basically cant move past 4. So cant get to Personal Block list on or off, plus been on phone for 45 mins so far.
You can imagine to stick I am getting as hubby is away with work - I swear it was accidently honest😀
Many thanks
J

@Jaytwotwo I'm sorry about that, can you try clearing your browser cookies and try again? On the digital voice webpage that is offering you an upgrade on the calling plan scroll down and you will see an option to manage call protect.
Alternatively, if you dial 1572 from your home phone you can manage it using the automated options.
Thanks
Neil
Thank you - all sorted.

@NeilO - Pretty sure you can't 'unblock' a number by dialling 1572 (only 'block'). It has to be done online. A major flaw with Call Protect, as opposed to the far more reliable and effective Choose to Refuse (where you dial 14258, if subscribed to the feature). I only had Call Protect for a short while before going back to Choose to Refuse (the two are incompatible), but I'm sure that's the case.
In the end it was down to a call and it all seemed to get sorted sent vol number and sorted, however the other thing not mentioned is my phone number as I no longer have my number withheld....yep since digital voice so I have to put 141 infront.
Spoken to them 3 times since had digital voice last year and will have to wait and see if it is. Certainly wasn't last week as spoke to my building society who said that they had this number as main contact Seems bonkers to have had an ex directory number for many years and now no one seems to know how to withhold it - last suggestion was to just add 141.
Many thanks to Tim and Neil.
