When I took our digital voice I got 1 handset with Alexa. I could really do with another 2 handsets I dont need Alexa, so the essential phones will do.
Can I order them direct from BT and add to my bill?
How much are they?
I would like to do it this way as my company pays my phone bill.
You can buy more from the BT shop but you can not add the cost to your bill.
See link
Thanks saw that but not the basic without Alexa
I cannot see anyway to buy them via the store if you have a SmartHub 2 you could always plug in a regular cordless base into the back and utilise both the alexa handset and 2 regular cordless ones perhaps. Only other suggestion is contact CS and see if they might offer you one or bill one directly.
Hi @JonMace There are normally some available on a well known auction site sold new. People offloading free phones from BT. Either way, cheap off an auction site or BT shop they will not appear on your BT bill.
I have a set of DECT phones attached, but its really easy for work to import numbers to the SH2 for direct dialing and see whos calling, it really is a work thing, so would like them to pay for it
