Pressing the red (end call) phone button on my BT Premium handset ends a call that I have answered.
However, pressing the red phone button does not stop the phone continuing to ring if I choose not to take the call.
Is this a feature of the handset or is there a way to activate the red button in these situations?
I am aware that placing the handset back on the charger will terminate the incoming call.
