Blocked number
When I phone my friend (we both have BT Digital Voice phones ) it goes directly to 1572, in effect I guess our number has gone onto her 'Personal Blacklist' for whatever reason She is not very tech savvy and I don't think she will have created a 'My BT' account (Web/Downloaded App) where it is fairly simple to unblock numbers on your Personal Blacklist.
Can our number be unblocked from her phone or does she need to create a my BT account?
It would be great if she could do it from her phone, alternative would be I set up a 'My BT' account for her which would be a challenge for her to navigate.

Hi @Lenjam,
It would be best if she could set up a MyBT to manage this in case it happens again in the future for other numbers. We can lift the block also but we would need to speak with the account holder to get permission to do so if that also interested you?
