My caller display show incoming mobile calls as 'UNAVAILABLE' Landline incoming calls are displayed correctly.
Bt help disconnected Caller Display, reconnected it but no use. I have replaced all batteries in handsets (three) one base with answer machine and two others in bedrooms. I have also tested these individually (by removing batteries from two) I get an E mail from BT saying your Caller Display is now up and running but mobiles still come in as 'UNAVAILABLE. I check * hash 234 hash -- It says 'caller identities will be displayed'' but they are not.
I have also disconnected phones from main socket turned off power and reconnected, but it makes no difference.
Any suggestion would be very much appreciated
