I placed an order on Friday to upgrade my broadband to full fibre, and my caller display has stopped working since. When I track my order, it says that there was a product update for my landline completed as part of the order on Friday, but why would my caller display stop? I'm staying with my copper landline, mainly because digital voice is apparently not yet available in my area, but also because I'd rather stick with the copper anyway, so my package should surely stay the same. Any clues? Happy to provide landline/account number via PM if someone picks this up.
