Be interesting to see what he can do as problem is with BT's web site, as previously posted I tried on another computor and it still would not work. Crazy that BT cant identify the issue, I think the problem is that the 'Guides' working in the call centre have no IT skills and are unable to sort the issue. One would have thought that by now the fault with the system would have flagged up as a computor error in their IT dept.

Could I just check if you log into your My BT account online, select Your Security, Landline Security and then Call Protect, can you manage Call Protect following these steps?

Yes! Have just tried it using this route and it works. Thank you. It would definitely appear to be something that BT has done before there are so many customers affected and unable to access using the “usual route”.
