Can’t clear Voicemail green light since latest change to DV
I have the BT Alexa DV phone, plus four DECT phones through a DV adapter.
I got the update OK, heard about it on a voicemail message on the DV phone, cleared all new messages, took the 5-button option to access the older voicemail system, and cleared that also.
But the green Voicemail light is staying on.
I repeated the above, old and new voicemail, to double-check both are cleared, and they are.
How do I get this green light off?
On a related note, the DECT phones are giving the voicemail tone, but the same thing is reported; no voicemail in either the new nor the old voicemail box. How do I get these off this phantom voicemail also?

As it's flagging by two methods, it must be an error. Give it overnight to clear & if it doesn't, I guess you'll have to call to report it.

Did you manage to get the green light off? The same thing has happened to me since yesterday. I’ve cleared all messages from the old and new Voicemail but green light still showing.
