My Nan is hard of hearing and she wants to stop her landline. She has no broadband and only a landline. Is there anyway to do this that doesn’t involve using the phone? She will struggle with this on her own
Any cancellation requires the user to phone BT to cancel. She could give you permission to act on her behalf but it will require her to do that via a phone call which you will both need to be there.
If she is still in contract she will be hit with cancellation fees.
