DV contacts

Some months ago, when renewing my contract, I was moved to Digital Voice. When setting the system up, I moved my contacts to the hub, and when one of them called me, their name showed on the handset screen.

However, some weeks ago, I had a problem with one of the handsets, and it was replaced by BT. Since the replacement, although the contacts number shows, when they call,  their name does not.

Anyone any idea's?

Re: DV contacts

When you imported the contacts to the hub were they in the correct syntax?

Re: DV contacts

Thank's for the reply liquorice. The contacts on the hub worked perfectly well, before the handset was replaced, and, for a while after. So, I assumed, that all was well.  Then, one day, the names disappeared. One of life's little mysteries which BT could not help with.

Re: DV contacts

Hi @brimar   Just check that the telephone numbers are not formatted and are complete. That is a number like 02000 999999 should be stored as 02000999999, no spaces or formatting.
