The problem is the my DV service has not worked since starting Home Essential Fibre 2. I have not been sent a DV handset. I have no mobile to contact BT. I have not had a reply from a letter sent to consumer-resolutions team. Is there anyway I can contact BT other than phone?
DV handsets are no longer supplied free.
Have you plugged your old phone into the green socket at the rear of the hub?
