Apologies if wrong board
We've had an email about moving to Digital Voice and our phone no longer works as the date has passed. The problem we have is that our phone line comes into a cupboard on first floor where the smart hub is. From her a lead connects to ground floor where the base handset is plugged in (we have an additional 3 wireless phones connected to this base). So despite reading the online help and being reasonably tech savvy i have no idea how to sort. Ive had no new kit off BT, Can anyone help please thanks so much

you should be able to phone CS 150 and request a free DV phone

You should be entitled to a free DV Adapter so you can plug your existing phone in, in the same location.
