Digital Voice

Go to solution

I have been moved o DV and told I will be charged at 22.? per minute for all calls. I asked if the 0800 number were free and told NO . I asked if I would then have to pay to speak to BT and told as all calls charged ................ Is this right ? I cannot find any information on free calls.

Thank you. So 0800 numbers are free as analogue and the BT adviser was wrong. Thank goodness for that

Of course they are "Guides" now so by definition they can also misdirect you or lead you astray.....
