Digital phone

Hi

I have just updated my mothers bt account to broadband,the order was done in October and new digital phone was due to complete by beginning of November.Broadband works fine and she can make outgoing phone calls but cannot receive incoming calls.I have made several phone calls to BT and they have told me each time that the order is still open and  has not been completed yet but they will past it to the relevant team and it will be sorted out in 72 hours.Six weeks later and my 85year old mother can still not receive any incoming calls and still no response from BT except a message saying  case now closed.
