Digital voice Nightmare !
So long story short my mum is getting messed about by BT something stupid , she switched from virgin , went with basic BT broadband+digital voice once installed it worked fine then once virgin released her old number it all went wrong ! She can make calls from the handset but cannot receive them , countless calls to BT for hours various excuses, from virgin didn't release the number to your need new handsets even tho she received brand new digital voice ones, to the phones aren't registered, at the start it all worked I could phone her from my mobile no problems, now if you try phone from a mobile it just says invalid number ! BT now say there is no problems they seem to be able to call from there landline and get through, there trying to tell us we must be calling the wrong number ! It's getting so frustrating, say my mum phones me on my mobile and I miss the call ,I hit call back and it says number invalid so how can I possibly be calling the wrong number ??? Please help

Re: Digital voice Nightmare !
Hi @Vmks
Welcome and thank you for your posts!
I am sorry for the problems your Mum is having receiving calls after moving her phone number over to us from Virgin Media. I appreciate the time you have spent on the phone with my colleagues trying to get to the bottom of this. It sounds like a number port problem as @imjolly has mentioned.
I have sent you a private message with instructions on how you can send us over your details and we'll look into this for you. See: Private messages
Thanks,
Robbie
